† the standard placement is shown. This has limited availability, so once taken, it is not available again until the current banner's time is up. However, if the standard position is taken, your banner can be placed anywhere in the ezine, for example immediately above or below a story which is relevant to you.
‡ taller banners are welcome. To calculate the additional cost, multiply the additional number of pixels (over 100 pxs) in the desired height by 0.8. This will give the additional cost in US dollars. Add this to the minimum cost ($100) and you get the total pcm.
